DUBROVNIK TAILOR MADE TOURS

Want to experience Dubrovnik in a different way? I’m your girl! Let me know what you like and I’ll create a unique itinerary. Every part of the tour will suit your style, taste and budget. Here’s a few examples.

GOT LOKRUM TOUR

Are you a die hard Game of Thrones fan? This is the tour for you! After exploring all important locations from Season 2 to Season 8 in the Old Town (see GOT tour details), we will leave the crowd and take a 10 minute boat ride to the island of Lokrum. To all of you GOT fans known as City of Quarth. We’ll explore the fascinating history of the island: the Benedictines and their monastery from 11th century, the famous curse of Lokrum and how the Austrian royal Habsburg family left their trace on the island. Moreover, we’ll visit all locations of famous scenes from Quarth and the House of Undying. Afterwards, take some time off, jump into your swimsuit and enjoy the Adriatic Sea. Don’t ponder about the Lokrum curse. As long as you don’t miss the last boat to Dubrovnik, you have nothing to be afraid of.

DURATION

2 – 4 hours

CABLE CAR & MT. SRD

Are you interested in the recent past of Dubrovnik? Let’s take a short ride with a cable car to the top of Mt. Srd. Along with a breathtaking view of the Old Town Dubrovnik and the island of Lokrum, Mt. Srd offers a unique exhibition in the Fort Imperial. The fort was originally built in the 19th century but during the Homeland War it was a center of defense and literally saved the people of Dubrovnik. This is why it houses the center of Homeland War Museum. Through exhibition inside the fort you’ll be able to get the larger picture of events during the Homeland war not only in Dubrovnik, but in Croatia as well. Hopefully it will encourage you to cherish the peace.

WALKING TOUR & CABLE CAR

Our journey through Dubrovnik’s past and present starts at Pile Gate. You will hear all about legends and historical facts of Dubrovnik’s earliest centuries, about small but proud Republic of Dubrovnik and today’s fame as King’s Landing in Game of Thrones or Canto Blight in Star Wars. You can find out more about the typical walking tour itinerary here. After visiting Rector’s palace, The Assumption Cathedral and many more sites of the Old Town, we’ll finish the tour with a short ride with the cable car that will take us to the highest point of Dubrovnik, Mt. Srd. From there you can soak up beautiful views of Dubrovnik and, of course, have a cup of coffee with an amazing view.

Natasha was wonderful!!!! She not only gave us an amazing insight to the filming of GOT but told us a lot of really interesting information about Dubrovnik. Loved every moment of it!!! Even all the stairs…. Which there were a LOT.
